Rain policy: If you register and pay, and the week before there is predicted THUNDER AND LIGHTNING for that weekend, then I'll do one of the following on a case by case basis:
1. Issue a refund (granted it might need to wait for a couple pay cycles)
2. Hold your registration for our next event, which I'm going to set up for spring 2016, so you don't need to pay for registration for that event.
I'd prefer to do the latter option because I'm already 'in the red' for this event and not making enough back to cover expenses, but I know some people will need that money badly, so whatever you need, we can work with.
