Hard Wired Island: Embrace the Cyberpunk Future of the year 2020 on the Space Colony Grand Cross, the culmination of humanity's pioneering spirit. Unfortunately, even in space, humanity cannot escape the crushing horrors of late stage capitalism.
You are an employee of one of Grand Cross's most well known tabletop gaming shops, Beggar's Bounty, renowned for it's healthy community above all else. Unfortunately, you all have gotten word that ownership of the store has been transferred to the corporate holding company The Displacer Group under suspicious circumstances, and early signs are looking dour for the future of the shop and it's community.
It's up to you all to figure a way out of this acquisition for the store before the paperwork is finalized and your workplace is turned into a corporate nightmare shadow of it's former self!
