Things to keep in mind when creating an event.
- State clearly in the description if you expect the game to go over the 3 hour time slot.
- State clearly if you plan to record or livestream the game.
- State clearly if you expect players to have cameras as well as mics.
- State clearly if your game has an age restriction.
This is an online con, as such there are some typical programs people will be using to participate.
Discord: A voice and text chat program where the con's rooms and games will primarily be hosted.
Roll20: An online tabletop meant for rpgs. Some games will use this so players will have acess to a battle mat.
$ Tabletop Simulator: A PAID program that simulates a tabletop. Some slots may use this to play boardgames or RPGs.
