Micro-Con 2012
Hosted by Gaming Events in the Springs
The fourth annual Micro-Con will be held at Petrie's Family Games on November 10th, 2012. This is a FREE event. It is sponsored by Gaming Events in the Springs and Petrie's, the location is 3502 Hartsel Drive, Suite 100, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.
Micro-Con was started in 2009 and has been run each yr since, this year it will have a new date and location. Micro-Con is 2 hr samples of Role Playing Games, this is an unique opportunity for:
- people unfamiliar with role playing games to try several of them in the course of a few hrs
- gamers unfamiliar with certain game systems, to try several systems in the course of a day
- GM's looking for a game group to demonstrate their skill, get their name out there and find players
- Players looking for a group to meet GMs and players, and find a group
- GM's promoting a certain game, style or even their own home brews, to get those games played
- everyone involved to meet fellow gamers in the community and have a fun game day
Slots
slot #1 10am to 12pm
slot #2 12pm to 2pm
slot #3 2pm to 4pm
slot #4 4pm to 6pm
slot #5 6pm to 8pm
slot #6 8pm to 10pm
Registration is suggested, walk ins are welcome but priority seating will go to the registered players.
