The United States government has a variety of so-called alphabet organizations — the shadowy, skilled, and well-supplied groups that tackle our nation's biggest mysteries and greatest threats. You aren't one of them. You're the leftovers that get the cases no one cares about, used to hide spending on far more important projects, like, pretty much anything else. But that doesn't stop them from sending you a mix of cold cases and crank calls. Hey, at least it keeps you busy and minimally paid.
For anyone unfamiliar with InSpectres, it's a raucous, improv comedy game that encourages player participation at every level of play. The system only uses six-sided dice, though it can sometimes use a lot of them.
