This is the city, Raleigh, NC. You work here. You carry a badge. You're working the watch out of the Supernatural Division. The Boss is Capt Decker. It is June 24th. It's humid in the City of Oaks.You get another late night call to a rave. Looks to be an Ocean-David. Normally Drugs and Vice would handle it, but the victim is a known 'glow' and the Gummi Pigs were found. A new narcotic is sweeping the streets and it seem only to affect those with superpowers. Can you find the source before another incident happens?
