This isn't another disciplinary meeting. This is absolutely your last chance. I've got all my good officers tied up on these missing persons cases and my best investigators trying to figure out where all these counterfeit Converse All-Stars are coming from. So I'm pooling together you bunch of misfits to track down this new drug that's showing up on the streets. Stuff's called Bow-wow. It's cheap, it's a quick high, and the kids are all crazy for it. Literally. They use it a couple of times and before you know it, they're jumping off buildings, throwing themselves in front of buses, and generally making a mess of our fair city.
So I'm giving you reprobates three days. THREE DAYS, DO YOU HEAR? If you haven't tracked down where it's coming from by then and made a good clean bust with enough evidence to prosecute, your done. FINISHED!!
