Monsters have always lived outside the village fires. The brave village men fight them and the Eddas speak of valiant deeds and the sometimes hideous consequences. Growing into teens in the village has not been easy and you know the tales. But you also know that a monster grows inside you. Once in a while you let it out, and are forever changed by it.
